About Coach Ken
Born and raised in Miami Florida, Kenneth Murphy started 100% Fitness in 2012 with the goal of introducing healthier habits into the lifestyle of those he encountered. Coach Kenneth recognized the benefits of doing so in his own lifestyle and wanted to share his knowledge. Today he works with people from all walks of life giving them the tools and guidance they need to realize their Fitness goals. He believes no one is exempt from the pursuit of good health and wellness.
